The shipping and delivery of products is an essential part of the shopping process through the sportnet store, where the delivery of goods is our responsibility to deliver the product with high quality according to the necessary standards of accuracy and safety.

The address to which the item is to be delivered must be accurately written with the assurance that we are not responsible for your failure to receive the product in this case.

Shipping and delivery costs
Our primary determinant in the delivery of products and goods is the price of the order according to the following classification:
Orders inside the Jordanian capital Amman: the cost of delivery is 3 dinars.
Orders for the rest of the governorates of the kingdom: the cost of delivery is 5 dinars.
Delivery dates:
1-if you make an order before 5 p.m., the order will be delivered within 24-48 working hours taking into account Friday and Saturday Kiyomi holiday or any public holiday declared by the government.
2 - in some cases it may be delivered in demand after a period of more than 48 hours depending of the product availability in our warehouse, Amman or not, and tell the customer the same day to measure the request if the delivery of this product will take time more than 48 hours.
3-if the customer makes an order after the end of the official working hours of the company, which is 5: 00 pm, the calculation of the delivery period starts the second working day.
Return rules and policies
The user has the right to return any item of goods in one of the following cases:
Damaged product access is not usable.
Receipt of a product contrary to the photos and specifications listed by the store.
Returned goods
Sportnet has the right to dispose of, destroy or dispose of the returned goods in such manner as it deems appropriate, with the need to inform the relevant supplier and take the necessary measures if such action was taken by Al Faisali Club store.
Products are not eligible for return
A product that matches the specifications mentioned within the site and does not have any factory defect.
A product that has been used by the buyer in such a way that it changes its specifications or partially or completely damages in addition any product whose serial number has been removed.
The customer delayed the return process for more than 3 days from the date of delivery.
Cancellation of orders
